The reconstruction of the bridge crane was carried out in close cooperation with the user from the very beginning. The first step was a detailed verification of the actual technical condition of the supporting steel structure. Thanks to the joint analysis, it was possible to precisely define the scope of the reconstruction and to design a solution that meets not only the current standards, but also the operating conditions and the needs of the user.
Based on the findings, a complete Design documentation for the crane's supporting steel structure, including static and strength calculations. The design was subsequently discussed and approved by the user, thus ensuring full technical and operational compatibility of the proposed solution.
In the next phase, we developed Design and production documentation of all parts load-bearing steel structure, which became the basis for production of a completely new crane bridge, including accessories - contact towers, footbridges and steel structures of the cross-rails. The production also included complete pre-assembly of mechanical and electrical parts, to reduce on-site installation time and minimise downtime.
The project also included the development of the technological procedure for dismantling and assembly, the actual dismantling of the original equipment, the subsequent assembly of the new steel structure, the installation of mechanical and electrical components, their recovery and commissioning. The entire project was completed with handover to the customer, including full accompanying documentation in accordance with applicable legislation and the user's internal requirements.
