Types of crane solutions
We supply various types of handling equipment according to the nature of the operation and the desired application. The most common solutions include overhead, gantry, and semi-gantry structures, pillar and jib systems, suspension railways, and special technical solutions designed to meet the specific needs of the operation.
The bridge design is particularly suitable for production and warehouse halls where it is necessary to serve a larger handling area and ensure smooth movement of loads along the entire length of the workplace. Gantry and semi-gantry solutions are often used in outdoor operations, on handling areas, or where it is not possible to load the supporting structure of the building.
Column and cantilever systems are mainly used for individual workplaces, assembly lines, machines or storage areas. The suspended solution is suitable where it is necessary to make maximum use of the space under the ceiling structure while maintaining efficient material handling.
Design according to operation, load capacity and loading
Technical design always starts from a specific brief. Important elements are not only the load capacity, but also the frequency of use, length of travel path, working environment, type of lift, method of control and connection to other parts of the operation. It is precisely these parameters that determine which structural solution will be most suitable for a given operation.
When designing, we consider operator safety, structural lifespan, service accessibility, and everyday user comfort. The equipment can be controlled by a pendant control, remote control, or from the cabin, depending on the type of operation and customer requirements.
The scope of delivery may also include a crane runway, electrical installation, power supply, hoists, travel mechanisms, crane trolleys, lifting devices and other accessories. The aim is to deliver a functional unit that is ready for safe and long-term operation.
Complete delivery from design to commissioning
A turnkey delivery includes the entire process from the initial consultation to the handover of the finished equipment. First, we assess the technical possibilities of the space, operational requirements, and expected load. Based on this data, we prepare a proposal for a suitable solution, including structural and operational assessments.
Following approval of the proposal, production, delivery of individual parts, assembly at the installation site, and subsequent commissioning will take place. The realisation also includes the necessary technical documentation, inspection reports, and operator training.
Thanks to a comprehensive approach, the customer has a single partner for the entire process. This simplifies communication, reduces the risk of technical errors, and helps ensure that the resulting solution will meet the actual needs of operations.
Service, renovation and modernisation
Besides manufacturing new equipment, we also focus on the servicing, repair, reconstruction, and modernisation of existing machinery. For older plants, we can assess the current technical condition, propose suitable modifications, and recommend solutions to enhance safety, reliability, or operational efficiency.
Modernisation may include the replacement of electrical installations, drives, controls, hoists, safety features, or modifications to the supporting structure. In many cases, refurbishment can be more economically advantageous than acquiring entirely new equipment, especially if the basic structure is still in good technical condition.
We plan service interventions with consideration for the customer's operations to minimise downtime and production restrictions. Regular checks and maintenance help to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce the risk of unplanned failures.
