We have our own team of inspection technicians for dedicated lifting equipment and dedicated electrical equipment. We carry out inspections and tests not only on the equipment supplied by us, but also on lifting equipment from other manufacturers.
We also carry out special crane assessments in the scope according to ČSN ISO 12482, which must be carried out according to ČSN 27 0142 if the actual operation of the crane is close to the designed service life, while maintaining the manufacturer's prescribed load spectrum. Special assessments are also carried out on the basis of the user's request, when it is necessary to assess in detail the actual technical condition of the crane.
Scope of work:

Installation and service
Scope of work:
We provide complete assembly of new cranes, crane tracks, steel structures and special handling equipment. Our work begins with technical preparation and on-site surveying and ends with the handover of the equipment to full operation, including load testing and necessary documentation.
For crane tracks, we carry out complete assembly of beams and rails - including levelling, anchoring, installation of safety systems against falling from height and load testing. Rectification of rails, replacement of clamps, adjustment of base plates and geodetic survey with protocol can also be part of the delivery.
Service
We follow up existing cranes and lifting equipment with regular and one-off servicing. We supply spare parts, repair of mechanical and electrical parts, revisions and adjustments of the control according to the current requirements of the operation.
Our service offer includes repairs and modifications of crane tracks - from condition analysis to replacement of damaged beams and rails to strengthening or modification of supporting structures, repairs of anchorages, leveling of track unevenness and underflooring with high-strength grouting. The aim is to increase safety, extend service life and keep crane downtime to a minimum.
We pay special attention to the hanging and gripping devices. We carry out overhauls and refurbishments of coil clamps, clamp and casting traverses, C-hooks, grabs, crane and slewing pulleys, electromagnets and other equipment - from diagnostics and NDT inspections through replacement of worn parts to new surface finishes and load tests including protocols.

Anti-collision systems for cranes on the same runway, to prevent cats or bridges from colliding with each other and to allow safe simultaneous operation of equipment.
Overload and weighing systems, ensuring load monitoring and timely disconnection of the stroke when the set limit is exceeded. They also allow more precise control of the loads being handled.
Systems to ensure simultaneous movement of the left and right sides of the crane, to help prevent bridge crossing, uneven loading of the structure and subsequent failures.
An important group are emergency braking systems for lifting, used mainly on foundries and other cranes with a high risk of damage. HBS special emergency disc brakes are designed as a separate brake system, working as a safety feature of the lifting unit. By monitoring the condition of the cable drum and other elements, they assess the occurrence of a dangerous situation and, if necessary, automatically brake the movement, even in the event of a power failure or loss of pressure in the hydraulics.
Monitoring, traffic monitoring and evacuation elements
