We manufacture crane beams on the basis of project documentation and static calculations, which determine their profile, dimensions and method of anchoring to the supporting structure of the hall. Part of the delivery is the preparation of contact points, welding details, base plates, clamps and fastening elements for precise mounting of the rails. The beams are supplied including surface treatment and possible preparation for subsequent mounting of the trolleys.
Rails for crane tracks are supplied according to the type, load and method of operation. We ensure their precise cutting, drilling of holes, preparation of joints and even joining. We install the rails on the prepared beams in such a way that the prescribed geometry and span of the track is observed. After installation, we perform measurements and rectification according to the required standard tolerances.
