Standard light crane cabs are designed primarily for normal operation in halls and on outdoor cranes where a good view and basic operator comfort are needed.
Single glazing is used for indoor environments, double glazing is used for outdoor use, supplemented by heating, fans or air conditioning. Outdoor cabins can also be equipped with a drip water drainage system, wipers and window washers and sun screens.
We design the cabs to be structurally related to the specific crane and to provide the crane operator with a safe, clear and functional workplace for daily handling.
We design special crane cabs for operations with non-standard and extreme conditions, where operator safety and long-term durability are a priority.
For casting cranes, we provide increased protection against metal splashing, for cabins on the slab paddock, reinforced thermal insulation, radiant heat covers and suitably designed shielding of exposed parts.
The new modular crane cab is based on the „building block“ principle. The individual parts of the cab are assembled from modules which, when assembled, form a complete cab according to the customer's preferences. Based on the customer's request, the structure can be reconfigured at any time in the future.
The segmented chair control panels allow for any configuration of the controls and their layout within the individual segments.
The cab can be equipped with air conditioning, heating, led spotlights, industrial camera and many other elements according to the customer's wishes.
