For the gantry crane, we realized a complex delivery from design to the handover of the finished equipment into operation. The first step was the preparation of the design documentation, including static and strength calculations, which defined the exact dimensions and structural design with regard to the required load capacity and operating conditions.
On the basis of the approved design documentation, the construction and production documentation of all parts of the portal structure was prepared. This phase included the detailed design of all elements of the supporting steel structure and accessories, with emphasis on rigidity, precision and ease of assembly.
We ensured the manufacture and delivery of all the crane structure units, including the complete pre-assembly of the mechanical and electrical parts, which significantly reduced the time required for on-site assembly and minimized downtime.
The project also included the elaboration of the technological procedure of assembly, the assembly of the supporting steel structure itself, the installation of all mechanical and electrical components, their recovery and commissioning. The project was completed with handover to the customer including complete accompanying and operational documentation in accordance with legislative requirements and the user's internal standards.
The result is a modern, accurate and reliable gantry crane designed for long-term, trouble-free operation even in demanding conditions.
