For the gantry crane with a capacity of 16 t and a swivel jib, we provided complete design preparation and technical support for the entire installation. Our task was to prepare the design documentation of the supporting steel structure, including static and strength calculations, which took into account the specifics of the operation with the grapple grab and the high dynamic stresses on the structure.
On the basis of the approved design documentation, we also prepared complete construction and production documentation for all parts of the crane. The design was optimized with respect to manufacturing and assembly processes so that the structure provides maximum reliability, rigidity and long-term durability in demanding operation.
The delivery also included the creation of an electrical design and the development of a specification for the development of a crane control system that enables precise and safe control of all movements, including semi-automatic operation of the grab gear. Our technicians provided expert consultation and cooperation during the installation and commissioning of the equipment at the customer's site, ensuring a smooth commissioning of the crane and verification of all functional parameters.
