For the needs of construction production, we designed a mobile construction crane with a capacity of 200 kg, designed for handling large-format Ytong Jumbo blocks within reach of the swing arm. This lightweight but stable crane is a practical solution for the precise and safe movement of building elements on site.

The project included a complete technical and design solution in accordance with the customer's requirements, including 3D modeling of the visualization of the construction and handling, which allowed to verify the functionality and ergonomics of the equipment before the actual production.

On the basis of the proposed concept, detailed static calculations of the load-bearing parts of the structure, construction documentation and production drawings adapted to the selected technological procedures were prepared. The project also included the preparation of operating, handling and assembly manuals and complete accompanying documentation in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.

The crane is manually movable on four wheels - both folded and unfolded - and is designed to be easily transported and operated without the need for heavy equipment. Lifting is provided by an electric chain hoist with manual travel, which is operated directly from a push-button panel suspended from the hoist.
