For this implementation we provided a complete delivery of a bridge crane. The project was managed as a complex turnkey contract, including all steps from design preparation to commissioning of the new equipment.

The delivery included the preparation of design, construction and production documentation, including static and strength calculations and technological documents for production and assembly. The documentation was prepared according to the specific requirements of the customer and subsequently supplemented with a project for the modification of the existing space and crane runway.

On the basis of this documentation, a new bridge crane was manufactured, including a complete surface treatment - base and top coat and preservation of untreated surfaces.

An integral part of the contract was the dismantling of the original crane and rails, rectification of the crane track and replacement of the running rail. This was followed by the installation of the new crane, its alignment, recovery and inspection tests.

After the installation was completed, the equipment was tested, revised and handed over to full operation, including training of the operator and handing over complete accompanying documentation - declaration of conformity, quality certificate and other documents according to the applicable legislation.
