We carried out the reconstruction of the bridge crane as a complete project from design to final handover to the customer. The whole process began with the preparation of design documentation including static and strength calculations, which determined the optimal structural solution in terms of load capacity, rigidity and operational reliability of the equipment.
On the basis of the approved documentation, detailed design and manufacturing documentation of all parts of the bridge structure was prepared. This phase included the precise design of all elements of the structure, with emphasis on safety margins, precision of assembly and ease of erection.
This was followed by the manufacture and delivery of all units of the steel structure of the crane bridge, during which the complete pre-assembly of the mechanical and electrical parts was carried out in the factory to ensure trouble-free assembly and quick commissioning directly at the customer's site.
Our deliveries included the processing of the technological procedure of assembly, the assembly of the supporting structure itself, the installation of all mechanical and electrical components, their recovery, testing and commissioning. The project was completed by handing over complete documentation according to the applicable legislative regulations and specific user requirements.
The result is a modern and highly reliable overhead crane, designed for long-term operation, easy maintenance and safe handling even in demanding operating conditions.
