For the customer, we provided a complete technical, design and implementation solution for the bridge crane, from the design preparation to the handover of the fully functional equipment into operation.
The project began with the preparation of design documentation for the supporting steel structure, including static and strength calculations, which defined a sufficiently dimensioned structural solution with regard to load capacity, rigidity and operational reliability. Subsequently, design and manufacturing documentation for all parts of the crane was prepared, serving as a basis for the manufacture of individual parts.
The project also included a complete electrical design, including the design of the crane positioning system for accurate and safe operation. We also prepared and designed the remote control (RDO), which ensures intuitive and ergonomic control of all crane movements.
The production and pre-assembly of all structural, mechanical and electrical parts was carried out in the production plant, thus ensuring high quality assembly and shortening the assembly time at the customer's site.
The final phase included the elaboration of the technological assembly procedure, complete assembly of the new structure, installation of all components, their recovery and commissioning. The project was completed by handing over to the customer, including full accompanying documentation in accordance with applicable legislation and specific requirements of the operator.
