Special handling

The Jig Manipulator is designed to make your job easier when maintaining or changing a jig in a CNC machine. It allows manipulation in the vertical and horizontal direction within reach of the rotating broken arm. The manipulator is mobile, manually repositionable on four wheels, but only either without a load or with a load stored on the trolley's storage area. The manipulator is supported on supports and running wheels as standard when handling the fixtures. The manipulator is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder whose stroke is controlled by a hydraulic hand pump. This makes the manipulator completely independent of an external power source.

The runner box manipulator is designed to speed up work and increase safety when assembling and disassembling runner boxes. The manipulator is designed to handle all pre-specified types of runner boxes and their replacement grommets of various shapes and sizes.

This flexibility is guaranteed by the interchangeable manipulator heads. This makes it possible to handle virtually any number of enclosures, as the interchangeable heads can be added to the manipulator in the future. The manipulator is equipped with an adjustable counterweight for comfortable and easy adjustment of the centre of gravity position with regard to handling differently heavy loads (cabinets). It is also possible to rotate the counterweight around the axis of the manipulator and thus align the cabinet during assembly to guarantee easy assembly while ensuring the exact seating of the run-in cabinet in the assembly space.

In this way, the whole process of replacing the runner housing is accelerated to the shortest possible time, while at the same time increasing the safety of the operator.
