In this project, we supplied a steel structure with an integrated aluminium Eepos suspension system, designed to handle lighter components in a 16 metre long, 6 metre wide working area.
The solution included a steel support structure made of rolled profiles, which forms a stable base for the suspension of the overhead track. The structure was designed to take into account the spatial possibilities of the operation, safety limits and the future possibility of expanding with an additional crane unit.
It is followed by the modular aluminium Eepos system, equipped with several overhead cranes with electric hoists, allowing easy and smooth material handling along the entire length of the workplace.
The Eepos aluminium structure uses the high-strength EN AW 6063 T66 alloy and has been designed as a next-generation modular system, allowing easy expansion and adaptation to specific operations. Thanks to the precise geometry of the extruded profiles and the lightweight forged aluminium alloy carriages, an extremely smooth and silent travel is ensured, with minimal effort for the operator.
The project included complete design, structural processing, structural calculations and production documentation, including all mandatory certificates and instructions.
