V KRÁLOVO POLE CRANES již od roku 1994 navrhujeme a dodáváme jeřábovou a manipulační techniku pro průmyslové provozy a zároveň pečujeme o celý její životní cyklus. Opíráme se o vysokou technickou odbornost, pečlivý návrh a odpovědnost za to, co bude v provozu dlouhodobě spolehlivě fungovat.

Who we are and how we think

Jsme tým, který se dívá na jeřáb jako na součást provozu — ne jako na izolovaný produkt. Proto řešíme nejen samotné zařízení, ale i jeho umístění a logiku práce v rámci haly, návaznosti na další manipulaci, bezpečnostní rizika, snadnou údržbu, servisovatelnost a požadavky obsluhy. Cíl je jednoduchý: aby technika fungovala bezpečně, spolehlivě a s minimem neplánovaných prostojů.

Three things we build on

  • Security - design and changes are handled in such a way that the operation is predictable, safe and controllable in the first place.
  • Reliability - We design solutions that last for decades and can be upgraded over time.
  • Tailor-made solutions - the technique should be appropriate to the load being handled, the working area and the way of working in the specific hall.

How cooperation works

To make the design make sense, we start by understanding the operation. Then we design a technical solution that can be manufactured, installed and used safely.
4 basic steps for a successful project:
  • Specification of the terms of reference and conditions - method of handling, regime, environment, hall restrictions, risks.
  • Technical design - design solutions, oversizing of drives, static calculations, production documentation.
  • Implementation and commissioning - assembly, functional verification, tests, handover for normal operation.
  • Operational support - service, modifications, modernization according to the development needs of changing operations.

Certification and authorisations

We are holders of authorizations issued by the Technical Inspection of the Czech Republic:
  • Authorisation for the activities of installation, repair, revision and revision tests of dedicated lifting equipment
  • Authorisation for the activities of installation, repair, revision and testing of electrical equipment
we are holders of authorizations issued by the Technical Inspection of the Slovak Republic:
  • Authorisation for design and construction activities, manufacture and marking of reserved technical lifting equipment
  • Authorisation for the activities of repair and maintenance, reconstruction and installation of dedicated technical lifting equipment
  • Authorisation to carry out professional inspections and professional tests of dedicated technical lifting equipment
we are holders of authorizations issued by the Transport Authority of the Slovak Republic:
  • Authorisation for the activities of installation, maintenance, reconstruction, revision and testing of specified technical lifting equipment
and we have also successfully met all the requirements and obtained certificates:
