lo\u017eiska a\u017e po zdvihov\u00e9 brzdy a havarijn\u00ed brzdov\u00e9 syst\u00e9my.<br><br>N\u00e1hradn\u00ed d\u00edly zdvihu vol\u00edme podle typu je\u0159\u00e1bu, zp\u016fsobu provozu, zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed, technick\u00e9ho stavu za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a n\u00e1vaznosti na st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed konstrukci. \u0158e\u0161\u00edme b\u011b\u017enou \u00fadr\u017ebu, v\u00fdm\u011bny opot\u0159eben\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f, opravy po hav\u00e1ri\u00edch i pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 modernizace zdvihac\u00edch mechanism\u016f.<br><br>C\u00edlem je udr\u017eet zdvih Brzdy zdvihu, havarijn\u00ed brzdov\u00e9 syst\u00e9my, lanov\u00e9 bubny, bubnov\u00e1 lo\u017eiska a dal\u0161\u00ed souvisej\u00edc\u00ed komponenty proto mus\u00ed odpov\u00eddat konkr\u00e9tn\u00edmu typu za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, provozn\u00edmu zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed a po\u017eadavk\u016fm na bezpe\u010dnost.<br><br>Zam\u011b\u0159ujeme se na dod\u00e1vky a v\u00fdm\u011bny n\u00e1hradn\u00edch d\u00edl\u016f zdvihu pro r\u016fzn\u00e9 typy je\u0159\u00e1b\u016f a pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch provoz\u016f. \u0158e\u0161\u00edme n\u00e1hradu opot\u0159eben\u00fdch nebo po\u0161kozen\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f, technick\u00e9 \u00fapravy p\u0159i modernizaci za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed i n\u00e1vrh vhodn\u00e9ho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edpadech, kdy st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed komponenty u\u017e neodpov\u00eddaj\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u00fdm provozn\u00edm n\u00e1rok\u016fm. Pokud brzda nepracuje spr\u00e1vn\u011b, m\u016f\u017ee doch\u00e1zet k nep\u0159esn\u00e9mu zastavov\u00e1n\u00ed, r\u00e1z\u016fm, zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9mu opot\u0159eben\u00ed nebo k v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9mu bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edmu riziku.<br><br>U n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch provoz\u016f se \u0159e\u0161\u00ed tak\u00e9 havarijn\u00ed brzdov\u00e9 syst\u00e9my, kter\u00e9 slou\u017e\u00ed jako dal\u0161\u00ed bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed prvek p\u0159i manipulaci s b\u0159emenem. Jejich v\u00fdznam roste zejm\u00e9na tam, kde je po\u017eadov\u00e1na vysok\u00e1 provozn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnost, vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed nosnost nebo \u010dast\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed zdvihu jsou tak\u00e9 lanov\u00e9 bubny, kter\u00e9 ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 nav\u00edjen\u00ed lana, plynulost chodu a rovnom\u011brn\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed mechanismu. Opot\u0159eben\u00fd nebo po\u0161kozen\u00fd buben m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobovat nepravideln\u00e9 nav\u00edjen\u00ed, po\u0161kozen\u00ed lana a zhor\u0161en\u00ed celkov\u00e9 funkce zdvihu.\n<\/div><h2 class=\"bde-heading-1150-196 bde-heading\">\nTechnick\u00e9 posouzen\u00ed a v\u00fdm\u011bna n\u00e1hradn\u00edch d\u00edl\u016f zdvihu\n<\/h2><div class=\"bde-text-1150-197 bde-text\">\nP\u0159i n\u00e1vrhu v\u00fdm\u011bny neposuzujeme pouze samotn\u00fd n\u00e1hradn\u00ed d\u00edl, ale cel\u00fd zdvihov\u00fd celek. Sledujeme stav brzd, bubn\u016f, lo\u017eisek, lana, ulo\u017een\u00ed, p\u0159evodov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed, pohonu a n\u00e1vaznost na konstrukci je\u0159\u00e1bu. D\u00edky tomu lze ur\u010dit, zda posta\u010d\u00ed jednoduch\u00e1 v\u00fdm\u011bna konkr\u00e9tn\u00edho komponentu, nebo zda je vhodn\u00e9 prov\u00e9st \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed opravu, se\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u010di modernizaci zdvihov\u00e9ho mechanismu.<br><br>U bubnov\u00fdch lo\u017eisek je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 sledovat v\u016fle, hlu\u010dnost, opot\u0159eben\u00ed a spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 ulo\u017een\u00ed bubnu. Probl\u00e9m v t\u00e9to \u010d\u00e1sti se m\u016f\u017ee projevit nerovnom\u011brn\u00fdm chodem, vibracemi nebo zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm nam\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00edm dal\u0161\u00edch d\u00edl\u016f. Podobn\u011b je pot\u0159eba v\u011bnovat pozornost i n\u00e1vazn\u00fdm komponent\u016fm, proto\u017ee z\u00e1vada jednoho prvku zdvihu m\u016f\u017ee postupn\u011b zat\u011b\u017eovat cel\u00fd mechanismus a zvy\u0161ovat riziko odst\u00e1vky.<br>N\u00e1hradn\u00ed d\u00edly zdvihu dod\u00e1v\u00e1me v\u010detn\u011b technick\u00e9ho posouzen\u00ed, n\u00e1vrhu vhodn\u00e9ho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 v\u00fdm\u011bny p\u0159\u00edmo v provozu z\u00e1kazn\u00edka. Pokud \u0159e\u0161\u00edte opot\u0159eben\u00ed brzd, probl\u00e9m s lanov\u00fdm bubnem, hlu\u010dnost, nepravideln\u00fd chod zdvihu nebo pl\u00e1novanou modernizaci je\u0159\u00e1bu, p\u0159iprav\u00edme technick\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed podle skute\u010dn\u00e9ho stavu za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a po\u017eadavk\u016f provozu.<br><br>Pravideln\u00e1 kontrola zdvihov\u00e9ho mechanismu pom\u00e1h\u00e1 odhalit opot\u0159eben\u00ed d\u0159\u00edve, ne\u017e zp\u016fsob\u00ed poruchu nebo odst\u00e1vku za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. V praxi se vyplat\u00ed sledovat zejm\u00e9na zm\u011bny v chodu zdvihu, hlu\u010dnost, plynulost brzd\u011bn\u00ed, stav lana, ulo\u017een\u00ed bubnu a celkov\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed je\u0159\u00e1bu p\u0159i zved\u00e1n\u00ed b\u0159emen. V\u010dasn\u00e1 v\u00fdm\u011bna d\u00edl\u016f m\u016f\u017ee v\u00fdrazn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eit riziko hav\u00e1rie i n\u00e1klady na n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 opravy.<br><br>Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho n\u00e1vrhu je tak\u00e9 ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed, zda nov\u00e9 n\u00e1hradn\u00ed d\u00edly zdvihu odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed skute\u010dn\u00fdm provozn\u00edm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m.
