Important factors include not only the load capacity itself, but also the span, travel length, operating intensity, load type, guidance accuracy, condition of the supporting structure, and integration with other production technologies.<br><br>In the design phase, we assess whether it is appropriate to address a new construction, modify existing storage, or modernise a track already in use. The goal is to propose a technical solution that will be safe, stable, serviceable, and prepared for long-term operation under real-world conditions.<br>The design may also include checking the spatial possibilities of the hall, assessing the load on the structural components, designing rails, fastenings, stops, buffers, running elements and other parts that affect the functionality of the entire system.\n<\/div><h2 class=\"bde-heading-1148-157 bde-heading\">\nManufacture, assembly and rectification\n<\/h2><div class=\"bde-text-1148-158 bde-text\">\nWe provide the manufacture and assembly of new structures as well as modifications to existing solutions. We place emphasis on precision of execution, quality of load-bearing elements, correct rail positioning and adherence to technical parameters, which are essential for safe and smooth crane operation.<br><br>A very important part is rectification, i.e. precise adjustment of the track's position. Even small deviations can cause increased stress on the wheels during operation, poor travel, noise, or faster wear of individual parts. Correct adjustment therefore helps to extend the service life of the equipment and reduce the risk of failures.<br>We carry out the installation with consideration for the customer's operational capabilities. Where possible, we plan the work to minimise production downtime and disruptions to normal operations.\n<\/div><h2 class=\"bde-heading-1148-159 bde-heading\">\nGeodetic surveying and accuracy control\n<\/h2><div class=\"bde-text-1148-160 bde-text\">\nGeodetic surveying is used to check the actual condition of the structure and the accuracy of the runway alignment. Measurements can reveal differences in height, deviations in direction, deformations, irregularities, or other problems that may negatively affect the crane's operation.<br><br>The measured values are an important basis for assessing the technical condition, planning repairs, rectification, or planned modernisation. They help determine whether the problem is solely with adjustment, wear of individual components, or if the supporting structure also needs to be addressed.<br><br>Regular accuracy checks are particularly suitable for operations with high intensity of use, higher load capacities, or older equipment, where changes in the hall's structure or wear on the running parts may gradually manifest.\n<\/div><h2 class=\"bde-heading-1148-161 bde-heading\">\nRepair and modernisation of crane runways\n<\/h2><div class=\"bde-text-1148-162 bde-text\">\nIn existing operations, we often encounter rail wear, improper bedding, structural deformation, poor geometry, or technical solutions that no longer meet current operational requirements. In these cases, we propose repair, reconstruction, or modernisation based on the actual condition of the equipment.<br>Modernisation can include the replacement of rails, adjustment of fastenings, strengthening of the structure, addition of safety features, repair of stops or overall adjustment. In some cases, it is possible to retain part of the original structure and only modify problematic sections, which can be more economically advantageous than a complete replacement.<br><br>Before any major repair, we recommend a technical assessment and a survey of the actual condition. This will allow for a more precise determination of the scope of work, prevent unnecessary interventions, and propose a solution that is appropriate for the long-term use of the facility.\n<\/div><h2 class=\"bde-heading-1148-163 bde-heading\">\nStatic assessment and connection to the hall structure\n<\/h2><div class=\"bde-text-1148-164 bde-text\">\nThe crane runway is always closely linked to the supporting structure of the building. Therefore, it is important to assess not only the runway itself but also the condition of the columns, beams, fixings, and other parts of the hall that transfer the loads generated during crane operation.<br>Static assessment helps to verify whether the structure corresponds to the required load-bearing capacity, operating intensity, and planned intended use.
