C\u00edlem je navrhnout technick\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 bude bezpe\u010dn\u00e9, stabiln\u00ed, servisn\u011b dostupn\u00e9 a p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 na dlouhodob\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m provozu.<br>Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed n\u00e1vrhu m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 kontrola prostorov\u00fdch mo\u017enost\u00ed haly, posouzen\u00ed zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed stavebn\u00edch konstrukc\u00ed, n\u00e1vrh kolejnic, upevn\u011bn\u00ed, doraz\u016f, n\u00e1razn\u00edk\u016f, pojezdov\u00fdch prvk\u016f a dal\u0161\u00edch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed vliv na funk\u010dnost cel\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu.\n<\/div><h2 class=\"bde-heading-1148-157 bde-heading\">\nV\u00fdroba, mont\u00e1\u017e a rektifikace\n<\/h2><div class=\"bde-text-1148-158 bde-text\">\nZaji\u0161\u0165ujeme v\u00fdrobu a mont\u00e1\u017e nov\u00fdch konstrukc\u00ed i \u00fapravy st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. D\u016fraz klademe na p\u0159esnost proveden\u00ed, kvalitu nosn\u00fdch prvk\u016f, spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 ulo\u017een\u00ed kolejnic a dodr\u017een\u00ed technick\u00fdch parametr\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pro bezpe\u010dn\u00fd a plynul\u00fd provoz je\u0159\u00e1bu.<br><br>Velmi d\u016fle\u017eitou \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed je rektifikace, tedy p\u0159esn\u00e9 se\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed polohy dr\u00e1hy. I mal\u00e9 odchylky mohou v provozu zp\u016fsobovat zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 nam\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00ed kol, \u0161patn\u00fd pojezd, hlu\u010dnost nebo rychlej\u0161\u00ed opot\u0159eben\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed. Spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 se\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed proto pom\u00e1h\u00e1 prodlou\u017eit \u017eivotnost za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a sn\u00ed\u017eit riziko poruch.<br>Mont\u00e1\u017e prov\u00e1d\u00edme s ohledem na provozn\u00ed mo\u017enosti z\u00e1kazn\u00edka. Tam, kde je to mo\u017en\u00e9, pl\u00e1nujeme pr\u00e1ce tak, aby se minimalizovaly odst\u00e1vky v\u00fdroby a omezen\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho provozu.\n<\/div><h2 class=\"bde-heading-1148-159 bde-heading\">\nGeodetick\u00e9 zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed a kontrola p\u0159esnosti\n<\/h2><div class=\"bde-text-1148-160 bde-text\">\nGeodetick\u00e9 zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed slou\u017e\u00ed ke kontrole skute\u010dn\u00e9ho stavu konstrukce a p\u0159esnosti veden\u00ed pojezdov\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy. D\u00edky m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed lze odhalit v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00e9 rozd\u00edly, sm\u011brov\u00e9 odchylky, deformace, nerovnosti nebo jin\u00e9 probl\u00e9my, kter\u00e9 mohou negativn\u011b ovliv\u0148ovat chod je\u0159\u00e1bu.<br><br>Nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 hodnoty jsou d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm podkladem pro posouzen\u00ed technick\u00e9ho stavu, n\u00e1vrh oprav, rektifikaci nebo pl\u00e1novanou modernizaci. Pom\u00e1haj\u00ed ur\u010dit, zda je probl\u00e9m pouze v se\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, opot\u0159eben\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch prvk\u016f, nebo zda je nutn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161it i nosnou konstrukci.<br><br>Pravideln\u00e1 kontrola p\u0159esnosti je vhodn\u00e1 zejm\u00e9na u provoz\u016f s vysokou intenzitou pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed, vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed nosnost\u00ed nebo u star\u0161\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kde se mohou postupn\u011b projevovat zm\u011bny v konstrukci haly \u010di opot\u0159eben\u00ed pojezdov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed.\n<\/div><h2 class=\"bde-heading-1148-161 bde-heading\">\nOpravy a modernizace je\u0159\u00e1bov\u00fdch drah\n<\/h2><div class=\"bde-text-1148-162 bde-text\">\nU st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch provoz\u016f se \u010dasto setk\u00e1v\u00e1me s opot\u0159eben\u00edm kolejnic, nevhodn\u00fdm ulo\u017een\u00edm, deformacemi konstrukce, \u0161patnou geometri\u00ed nebo technick\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm, kter\u00e9 u\u017e neodpov\u00edd\u00e1 sou\u010dasn\u00fdm po\u017eadavk\u016fm provozu. Proto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 posoudit nejen samotnou dr\u00e1hu, ale tak\u00e9 stav sloup\u016f, nosn\u00edk\u016f, kotven\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00edch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed haly, kter\u00e9 p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159i provozu je\u0159\u00e1bu.<br>Statick\u00e9 posouzen\u00ed pom\u00e1h\u00e1 ov\u011b\u0159it, zda konstrukce odpov\u00edd\u00e1 po\u017eadovan\u00e9 nosnosti, intenzit\u011b provozu a pl\u00e1novan\u00e9mu zp\u016fsobu vyu\u017eit\u00ed.
