We deal with clamps, C-hooks, crane beams, grabs, lifters, and other devices for the safe gripping, lifting, and moving of heavy parts in manufacturing, metallurgical plants, steelworks, warehouses, and engineering production.<br><br>Each solution is prepared individually, taking into account the load capacity, dimensions of the load, crane connection, operating ergonomics, and the spatial possibilities of the hall. The goal is safe and stable gripping of the load, smoother operation for staff, a lower risk of damage to the handled parts, and reliable operation with minimal downtime.<br><br>We ensure the entire designing handling equipment, it is essential to correctly assess the type of load, its weight, dimensions, centre of gravity, shape, and method of attachment. Handling sheet metal requires a different approach than handling structural components, coils, moulds, castings, technological units, or atypical products.<br>The stability of the load during lifting, the operator's safety, and adherence to operational work procedures are also important. A correctly chosen piece of equipment helps to speed up handling, reduce the risk of material damage, and improve work safety.<br>Each solution is therefore designed individually. We assess not only the fixture itself, but also the method of crane suspension, the spatial possibilities of the workplace, the frequency of handling, and the positioning accuracy requirements.\n<\/div><h2 class=\"bde-heading-1146-201 bde-heading\">\nPliers, beams, C-hooks and grabs\n<\/h2><div class=\"bde-text-1146-202 bde-text\">\nFrequently used elements include lifting tongs, C-hooks, load beams, grabs, and other special equipment for safely gripping loads. Each type has its suitable application and must correspond to the specific operation as well as the material being handled.<br><br>Pliers are used where a load needs to be safely gripped and transported without the need for complicated binding. Beams help to distribute the load across multiple points and are suitable for long, bulky, or sensitive parts, for example. C-hooks are mainly used when handling coils, circular or hollow loads.<br>Grapples and special grippers are used in operations where loose, piece, or irregularly shaped material needs to be handled. For all these solutions, proper design, appropriate load capacity, and safety features that reduce the risk of load release during handling are important.\n<\/div><h2 class=\"bde-heading-1146-203 bde-heading\">\nBespoke gripper and handling tool manufacturing\n<\/h2><div class=\"bde-text-1146-204 bde-text\">\nThe production of gripping and handling devices is based on a specific technical specification. We consider the required load capacity, the shape of the load, the method of suspension, the working environment, the intensity of use, and compatibility with existing crane technology.<br>The design may include the selection of appropriate structural design, material, mounting method, securing mechanism, control and other elements that affect the safety and comfort of operation. For more complex applications, we also address requirements for precise positioning, rotation or manipulation in a confined space.<br><br>The aim is to deliver a device that corresponds to actual operation, is not unnecessarily complicated, and at the same time ensures safe handling of the required loads.\n<\/div><h2 class=\"bde-heading-1146-205 bde-heading\">\nSafety when handling loads\n<\/h2><div class=\"bde-text-1146-206 bde-text\">\nSafety is paramount with every lifting device. Poorly designed or incorrectly used equipment can cause material damage, crane overload, dangerous load sway, or pose a risk of injury to the operator.<br><br>That's why, when designing, we consider not only load capacity but also the stability of the load, the position of the centre of gravity, the method of securing, the possibility of unwanted release, and the conditions in which the equipment will be used. Simple and clear operation is also important so that the device can be used safely even under normal operating loads.<br>A well-designed solution helps speed up handling, reduce the physical demands of work, and limit the risk of errors when lifting or gripping loads.\n<\/div><h2 class=\"bde-heading-1146-207 bde-heading\">\nConnection to cranes and operational technology\n<\/h2><div class=\"bde-text-1146-208 bde-text\">\nThe lifting accessory must always be correctly matched to the crane, hoist, hook, spreader or other equipment used in operation. Matching the load capacity, suspension method, lifting height, working area and control is important.<br>For new solutions, we assess the entire handling path from the pick-up point to the load placement point. For existing operations, we can propose modifications or new equipment so that it is compatible with the existing technology and meets current production requirements.<br><br>If necessary, special designs for repeated handling, quick fastening, precise storage or safe transport of atypical products can also be addressed.\n<\/div><h2 class=\"bde-heading-1146-209 bde-heading\">\nService, repairs and upgrades\n<\/h2><div class=\"bde-text-1146-210 bde-text\">\nIn addition to manufacturing new equipment, we also focus on the modification, repair, and upgrading of existing handling devices. For used equipment, it is advisable to regularly check its technical condition, wear on load-bearing parts, welds, pins, suspension elements, safety catches, and other safety components.<br>Modernisation can include modification of the structure, addition of safety features, change in mounting method, increased operator comfort or adaptation of the equipment to a new type of load.
